Our experience was very similar to that of Stuart King who has previously left feedback.
Although this company will claim not to give you advice, in order not to fall foul of regulations, I found in my experience the Business Development Manager who will come for the initial meeting will say just about anything in order to collect the initial setup fee of several hundred pounds regardless of whether they can help collect the debt or not.
In our case they were not in a position to collect the debts and would have know this from that initial meeting. By the time we realised it was too late and of course they refuse to refund the fees on the basis that our contract is still open should we wish to use them to collect any other debts in future.
To me this practice is dishonest and shows a total lack of integrity. On top of the fees we paid out in the end using this company caused more harm than good and jeopardised our ability to collect on the debts we sought their help with in the first place. Your experience might be different, I suggest you avoid or proceed with extreme caution.
